Q. What are the shipping times?
A. We understand you want your items as soon as you click 'buy now' and so would we - wouldn't that be a miracle!
But don't worry. We aim to get your items to you as fast as possible while keeping prices low. So for all your shipping questions, you can visit our shipping page here. We do just like to remind our community that Patience is a virtue, and Our Lord is watching over your order!
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately we aren't responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with you in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
My Address is Wrong!?
If you contact us immediately after the order is made to let us know about an alternate shipping address we will change this for you if the item hasn't been sent. Email us at info @ourlordstyle.com ASAP.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we currently ship to the majority of the world. If you have any questions or you can't seem to ship to your region, please email us at email@example.com and we will try to resolve your problem.
Q. Do you provide tracking?
A. Yes we do! We currently support full tracking for the USA and most other countries worldwide, however please be patient in getting your tracking number. We will send it out to you as soon as it's ready. If you do not receive your order within the time that is stated on our shipping times page then get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. How are you able to offer some products for free and only charge shipping?
A. We do these special limited time offers as we want to give back to our amazing Christian community. These offers are our way of saying thank you and giving back to our fellow Christians.
Q. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
A. All items in store take 1-5 business days to process and we ask that you remember patience is a virtue. So please remember to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.
Your product has been shipped once you receive your shipping confirmation email. If you don't receive this, please check your other email folders - but don't worry if you can't find it, your order will have been processed and sent. Sometimes the emails can get lost or filtered by your email account, but don't worry - your order won't!
The majority of our community have received their items around the 3-5 week mark where customs aren't as long, examples include USA/UK. For a full list of shipping estimates please see our shipping page.
Q. I ordered multiple items, but only received some of them... where's my order?
A. We have numerous manufacturers across all continents. Some make our jewelry, and some print our t-shirts fresh and new for you!
We don't keep your items in dusty old boxes, they are made and sent as they are ordered so you can be guaranteed you're getting a fresh, clean, brand new item.
Because we have the different manufacturers your items are shipped separately from multiple locations. If one item comes first, don't panic, everything will arrive.
Q. I no longer want my order, can I cancel and refund?
A. We do a have a refund policy in place on damaged/missing goods. Unfortunately we can't provide cancellations if your order has been shipped. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.
But we understand that every case is different, just reach out to us by email and we'll be happy to help.
Q. Do you have a guarantee on your products?
A. Yes we do! We have a 60 day money back guarantee on any items that arrive broken or defective. Even though this rarely happens we want you to rest assured that we will take care in the unlikely event this occurs.

A. Our Lord Style adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.
If you look in your address bar, you will see we have been awarded the green padlock before our web address. When you see this on any internet website, it means your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
Q. Where can I contact you?
A. We try our best to get back to you within 24-48 hours on business days Monday to Friday (even God rested on the 7th day!). Please be patient and we will get back to you.
